APPOINTMENTS
It is preferable to make an appointment by telephone in advance if possible. Appointments may also be booked at reception. We encourage patients to see their own Doctor wherever possible, however, when your doctor is away or already fully booked, you may be offered an appointment with another GP.

For urgent appointments, please telephone as early as possible. The phones are manned from 8.00 am. Emergency appointments are usually fitted into the morning surgeries, so the earlier you phone, the easier it is to accommodate emergency appointments. Please remember, the reception staff are there to help both patients and doctors and will endeavour to fit you into the earliest appointment slot available but if you specify a particular doctor, it may result in a slightly longer delay.

Many hours are wasted when doctors and nurses have to wait for the
'NO SHOWS'. If you are unable to attend your appointment for any reason please let reception know as soon as possible so that the appointment may be offered to someone else

Practice Annual Survey
During the month of February, 2012 we will collating your views and we would like you to take part by completing a short form when you are next at the surgery. You can also download the survey form and when completed please hand in at reception.
