Cardiology Patients Needed!

West Hampshire CCG are currently reviewing the community cardiology services.  They would like to hear from patients who have used the current services in community heart failure or cardiac rehab and would be interested in taking part in a focus group.

The first meeting is planned for Monday 10th December, 1.30–4.00pm at the CCG, Omega House in Eastleigh and they would be happy to pay for reasonable expenses (travel, petrol and parking).

The CCG would like to talk to people from across the South West directorate, hence holding the meeting in Eastleigh, but if there were a large enough number of people interested in one particular area they would consider coming to one of the practices to hold a further focus group.

If you would like to take part please email Jane Gordon at West Hampshire CCG at jane.gordon5@nhs.net
