From time to time we may ask for your blood pressure to be recorded.  This may be because you are on medication that needs close monitoring. Alternatively you may be a new patient or have not attended for some time and your doctor has requested completion of a short questionnaire or made a note on your repeat prescription ordering form.

Patients can take their own blood pressure on our waiting room machine and hand in the result to reception.  This result is then passed on to your doctor who will contact you if they wish to see you.

Alternatively you can make an appointment with our healthcare assistant or provide your own blood pressure reading if you have a home monitoring machine.
